The Hull Business Energy Efficiency Scheme provides help for small and medium enterprises in Hull to save energy, and therefore money!

What’s in it for you?

You can receive funding of to £10,000 towards replacing existing inefficient systems and equipment within your business, and the installation of new smart systems to help you save energy.

What’s covered?

• Lighting: Replace with an LED lighting system
• Heating: Smart heating systems use timers to save you money
• Solar Panels: Solar panels to generate your own energy
• EV Chargers: Changing your vehicles to electric, get help towards the cost of the chargers

Eligibility

• Your enterprise should be a small and medium enterprises
• Your enterprise must have fewer than 250 employees
• You must pay your business rates to Hull City Council
• Your enterprise annual turnover must be less than €50m or a balance sheet of less than €43m
• You agree to have an on-site energy assessment and report
• Attend a minimum of one workshop and/or one networking event
