Being a Host isn’t just about organising events. It’s about catalysing connection, curiosity, and community.
Hosts are the driving force behind the growing movement to bring people together to talk about sustainability in a relaxed, open way.
You’ll have the exclusive opportunity to run events in your chosen location, giving you a unique platform to build your community.
From event pages to checklists and branding, we’ve got the logistics sorted so you can focus on connecting with your attendees.
You’ll be part of a supportive international network of Hosts sharing ideas, inspiration, and experiences.

Not at all. People, Planet, Pint events are about bringing people together. If you’re friendly, organised, and excited to build a local community, you’re already the perfect fit.
There’s a fee for the entry level tier, which helps cover your event materials. Think of it as your starter kit for success!
If you’d like to go further, with custom support, branding, higher tiers are available. You’re also welcome to bring in local Partners or Sponsors to cover the costs of custom support.
Absolutely. Many People, Planet, Pint events are co-hosted, which can make it easier and more fun. It’s a great way to share responsibilities and bring different people into the mix.
We’ve designed to be light-touch. Most Hosts spend 5 hours per month on planning, plus the evening itself. We provide resources to make everything simple and efficient.
Lots! You’ll get access to ready-made event materials, templates, our Host Welcome Kit and Hosting Guide as well as comprehensive onboarding. We cover all the event admin too and provide email support if you need it. You’ll also join a global network of Hosts to share ideas and experiences.
While it’s very rare, it can happen if you’re just starting out! Building a community takes time. We’ll help you with promotion and outreach, and many Hosts see attendance grow steadily as word spreads.
You’ll also be able to check how many people are registered to the event through our Live Dashboard and receive a Guestlist the day before.
